To open up your eyes and make them appear larger:
Line the bottom of your eyes with transparent (clear) eyeliner.
Use a lengthening, volumizing, curling mascara ONLY on your TOP lashes. Using mascara on your bottoms will only make your eyes appear smaller and more closed.
To make the green pop:
Use a plum/purple liner on your top lid (will also open your eyes up), and some purple/plum shadows. Purple makes green pop like crazy, and also happens to be the it color this fall.

okay, use brown [or semi-black] eyeliner.. make sure you get the rims of your eyes, top %26amp; bottom lashlines
if you like eyeshadow, use it in plum/lavenderr!
voila!
use brown eyeliner on the top lid right above yer eyelashed and smudge it. (if u dont have a real smudger use a Qtip).
also put eyeliner along the whole inside of your eye, nice and thin.

i want my eyes to look greener. they are already green; its just that i want them to really pop.

I have green eyes, and I really like the way black liner makes them look. I usually line my top lid and my waterline.
HOWEVER
I find that the right browns sometimes make the pop, and I have also heard that using colors on you lid similar to your eye color enhances them. I would try doing a smokey eye with deep and soft greens and a little put of black in the crease, lined with black. I really like the crystal waters quad by Cover Girl, which has 4 nice greens, and was less that 5 dollars. I apply it using the smokey eye method and a touch of black.

Eye liner in a dark color on the out side half, I have really thick lashes so I just do the bottom but you can do that top to, dont go all they way around your eye though, makes them look smaller. Not really. Some people are very very good at it.
However you might learn somebody's mannerisms so well you can tell. I can tell when my partner is lying most of the time but I wouldn't rely on being able to tell.Can you realize when a person is lying to you when you look into his eyes?

I no longer engage with the mass media, 9/11was the last straw for me. ';Everything'; that we are told about that day, on the TV, is easily disproved. I am genuinely surprised that they still allow people to prnt factual information in books.Can you realize when a person is lying to you when you look into his eyes?
A normal tell tale sign if person not familiar with body language or eye gestures is they will move their eyes up and to the left if they are lying. .
If they are comfortable and feel you are checking them out, they will try to hold eye contact for too long, in other words staring you out.
I would really like to say yes but in fact the answer to that in hindsight is often no as many folks are experts in their field. Lying like any skill can be practised.
And if you practised playing the guitar for 18 hrs a day you'd get good at it too..
Mostly, yes. I think the eyes are the windows into the soul, and if someone is lying you can see it, if you look closely.

Bit of both....it would depend on the effect though. We're obviously talking contact lenses here, so...
--If it were just done realistically, like a silvered iris effect, and you could still see pupils and the rest of the natural eye, that would be the least ';creepy';, but also the hardest to notice. As others have said, it would be hard to tell the difference between those and grey eyes.
--In my humble opinion, if you're going to rock such an unnatural eye color, go all the way and *do it*. Get the Theatrical grade Schleroid Lenses (not covers--those keep you from seeing), so that the pupils, irises and all are blanked out. Make the whole eye look artificial as hell--creepy and shiny and plastic. ^__^
Maximum creepiness? True. But it's also the coolest way to go, if you like such things....you know, having the doll or robotic eye effect.

Why do some peoples eyes look like they dont have one thought and other's have eyes that seem to say so much?
I wonder the same thing sometimes.
I believe theres some weird connection between peoples eyes..i feel like some people i can read them just by looking into their eyes..and others i look into their eyes and see nothing. I dont know if its the actual person...or..what.
I noticed blue/grey eyed people i usually get along good with and i can look into their eyes and automatically know if they are a ';good'; person or somebody i dont want to be friends with, i can read them easily.
Green eyed people, i either get along good with or i find we compete with each other.
Brown eyed people...i cant read them..and it kinda freaks me out...

When someone seems to be more shallow than expected we are disappointed, and blame their eyes. I suggest taking a step back and compare those whose eyes ';say so much'; and those whose eyes don't. I think you will see a pattern in the two groups (maybe shared personality traits, relationship intimacy (friend, family, otherwise) with you, etc...)

I often think (or like to believe anyway) that it just depends on the *connection* that you have with the person... this goes for any person whether it be your relative, friend, patrner, bf, gf, wife, husband, etc...
I truly believe that you can just Feel threw the eyes especially where a persons TRUE INTENTIONS lay...

It could be the contrast of the eye colour and other aspects of the their face, if the person has subtle wrinkles under their eyes that may make them look more like they are thoughtful. Likely to be a combination of things in the person and the person who is looking at them.
