i think she likes you. that's what i do when i used to see guys i liked. i'd look at them, look away, and just touch my hair... sometimes i'm shy but at other times i want him to think ';wow.. she's pretty/sexy...'; shy is like twirling her hair... and the sexy one is flipping her hair [from the front of her head stroking back]

yeah usually when girls do that they are shy and they try to play it off by touching their hair or doing something else. if you're ';locking'; eyes. You're already in there, just say hi. Now because you're in public it's pretty fast pace so you gotta react fast. My best advice for you would to always be prepared, to talk to someone where ever you go, that way you're not caught off guard. Next time chick does this to you, she'll be taken by the way you just talked to her, she'll think you're confident and she'll think that you talk to people everywhere and when she thinks that she'll think you must be a cool guy. CONFIDENCE goes a long way. Just for practice just start saying hi to people everywhere you go, so the next time you see a girl locking eyes with you, saying hi and starting a conversation would be second nature

i think it could either be she likes you or she feels intimidated and shy so this is like her comfort thing to do in situations
