Use a liquid liner (dark brown or black) and line across the tops of your eyes. The smaller your eyes, the thinner you want this liquid line to be, only very large eyes can take thick dark lines on top.





Then line the OUTER third of your eyes on the bottom with a soft black eyeliner pencil. Line this beneath your waterline, on your lashline (underneath your lashes)





then curl your lashes on top and use lots of mascara! Put a pale soft colour on your eyelid and then a darker tone of the same colour in the crease (again, only on the outer third).





By darkening the outside parts of your eyes you open up the eye and make them appear wider and rounder.

If you wear eyeliner, don't line your entire eye. Only line halfway from your outer corner. Use a bright or shimmery highlight color on your lid just above your pupil. Also put a white or shimmery shade in your inner eye area. This makes you appear wide eyed and awake.
