Making eyes look bigger?

all my friends have smoky black eyes and long eyelashes, i have long eyelashes but when i put mascara on it doesnt do anything!Making eyes look bigger?
Use a white liner on the bottom of your eyes and black only on the top. This allows a defined line to show and the white liner will open your eyes up. I also put white shadow from my eye brow half way down to my lash. This opens up your eyes a bit more as well.Making eyes look bigger?
Use an eyelash curler for thirty seconds or more on each eye, THEN do two coats of black mascara, then curl each again the same way. Grab lashes as close to the lashline as possible. For your own smoky look, practice putting eyeliner just on top, as close to the lashline as you can get. If you prefer not to use it on top, do a smoky gray eyeshadow on your lids and just under your eyes (not so that you look dead) and do mascara. If it's your mascara that needs to be replaced, then do so now, and get something like Lashblast, which adds definition and volume to your lashes. Be unique with your own makeup look. Use eyeliner only on the outer rim of the eyelids, not the inner rim.

Blend eyeliner with a cotton swab rather than leaving it as a harsh line.

Avoid drawing eyeliner on the inner corner of the lower lid; instead, start the line at the beginning of eyelash growth or even closer to the middle of the eye.

Use a light shade of eye shadow on the upper lid leading up to the brow, which will open up the eye. A darker color can be used in the fold of the eye.

Consider wearing false eyelashes to give your eyes a more wide-eyed, innocent look. Be sure to use natural-looking eyelashes.

Curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler before applying mascara to give you the same effect as false eyelashes.

Try a black mascara if brown does not bring out your eyes enough
To make your eyes look bigger and fuller the first thing to do is apply a good brand of mascarra. Black is good but try using black brown cause it is a little lighter, dosen't look as clumpy and is more subtle. Apply the mascarra from roots to tips then before it dries run a clean, dry mascarra brush (the little things you can get for free when you go to mac, sephora or victoria secret for trying on mascarra) throught to seperater clumps. Next get an eyelash curler (about $5 at drugstore) and use it to curl in three sections. Firt curl the roots, then the middle and finally the tips.





Next for shadows. The best thing to make your eyes look bigger would be to shadow. Some good colors to start out with are brown and pink. First apply the brown tone on the lid from the crease of your eyes to the end. Next apply the pink from the brow to the lid. This will create a fuller effect.





Hope everything works out. Also remember it is not what you look like that matters but how you act.
Try some black kohl pencil with a nice soft tip. Draw a line, slightly thicker at the outside edge of your eye and thinner as you draw towards the inside of your eye. Then take a soft tipped q-tip or eye-shadow applicator and gently smudge the line so it is not harsh but is a bit softer. I would start with just your top lid to start with and then add a very thin line, smudged on the bottom lid as well if you think you need it.





Sometimes though, adding all that black to your eyes actually makes them look smaller, but it does typically bring out the brilliant colors of most people's eyes. See ';source'; for picture.
I hate when people do the smoky black eye look. Most people can't do it right. I don't think you'd be able to find out how here just from some writing. You could look up makeup testimonials on youtube and see how to do it from there. I'd go natural though. Like browns and pinks.





Now for the mascara. You have to get the right one. Most mascara's suck in my opinion. Especially regular store brands like Revlon. you just have to keep trying one til you find one you like. That's what everyone does. I use Too Faced Lash Injection. You can try it at Sephora if you're interested. Your friends are probably using eyelash curlers too.
Try lining your waterline with a white liner. You apply your eyeliner and mascara as usual. Apply 2coats of mascara, if need be. apply it once, and then after some mins, apply a second coat. The lashes will look darker. But beware of clumps!! Use the wand from the roots and wriggle it to the tips of the lashes.
u need to stay away from dark colors because all that will do is close off ur eyes. use a white eyeliner and light colored eyeshadows...also maybe one that has a shimmer(not glitter) but shimmer to it...these tricks will all help ur eyes appear bigger...=)
use an eye lash curler using the mascara. Apply several coats of mascara. the most you apply, the thicker/longer.





Try 3 or 5 coats.
Your probably using a mascara that doesn't lengthens your lashes enough. Using a white liner on your water line can make your eyes appear bigger.
get white eyeliner and put it on the inside of your bottom eye so that it makes your eye longer and bigger

i use a regular mascarra then a dry old brush and it flicks them up more try that or , get a really good brush and put it in new mascarra x
Buy those long eyebrows and good mascara helps alot.
There's a new prescription called Latisse that actually allows you to grow out longer fuller lashes.
Try white eyeliner instead of black. It makes your eyes wider.
Use a roller. It makes them look bigger.
