How can I make mine really POP %26amp;%26amp; make their color seem strong in real life and in a photograph?

try using a dark brown liner with touches of white liner in the corners. white helps your eyes to seem bigger. be easy with the brown liner on the bottom lid though. try an eye shadow shade just barely lighter than your skin unless you are really pale. if you are pale, use one just barely darker.
put black eyelinerer on your top eyelid. go for brown eyeshadows. don't get chuncky mascara but get mascara that straightens the lashes. go bold on the eyes and light on the lips.
cat eyes, liquid eyelinner, smokey eyes, pink eye shadow, purple eye shadow, green eye shadow, lots of mascarra, gold eyeshadow (it looks really nice if you put liquid eyelinner on the top of your eyes)
