if you could tell me what i could get to have this or what to do that would be awesome thanks so much!Make my eyes look like this?
Shes using black eyepencil and smudging
a softer look would happen using a medium brown or dark brown w/ a soft tan eyeshadow. and as long as your skin tone is medium to almost dark it would look more natural.

no tis not a sharpy
okay get a liquid eyeliner since its ur frist time get felt tip , anywhere from sephore to cvs , draw the line as close to the eyelashed on ur top lid as possible its oaky if u dnt do ti perfect cuz it takes aloot of pratice but if u apply then put over a kinda gold/sheer eyeshadown over the line and whole eyelid then u re draw the line ur results shud be clsoe to perfect .. the rest its just simple eyeliner on the bottom and some mascara
use a sharpie.

I think she still has too think of a line and not enough shadow.
Use a thin line over your lash line and use a q-tip with black eyeshadow and use it over and under your eye. use a brush to apply it in between the creases of your eyelid and use gray to blend it. dont ever forget mascara
it looks like all u need is some charchol eyeshaddow.

i hope i helped ^^
OK..FiirST YOU MiigHT WANT TO APPLY A GREY EYESHADOW...NEXT PUT EYELiiNER ON YOUR TOP EYELiiD..N EYELiiNER ON DA BOTTOM LiiD..N WHOLA!!..LOL..
She just has black eyeliner... and she draws a line above her eyelid. (Like above the lash-line on the top)
Eyeliner on the bottom also, and black mascara..
And wala!
I would get a charcoal grey liner, and put that on with a q-tip, so it's less dramatic. Take a plum color and lightly put that on the lid as a base color. Use a light silver on the brow bone. Neutral grey in the crease, and silver-grey on the outside corner of your eye.
apply eyeshadow first then eyeliner and mascara..
