also depends on your eyes, but generally pastelly colors...nothing tooo dark
either light pink or blue!!!
Powder blue.
It's more about your eye color. A nice brown (not an ugly one =] ) looks good on anyone though
brown eyes greens and blues blue eyes browns lavenders pinks
BLUE OR GREEN!!!
Shimmery pink
well it depends on you r eye color
blue/pink/purple all light colors tho
pink, though i despize the color, i think pink looks good on blondes
I think that your eye shadow should be chosen by the color of your eyes and the tone of your skin; these aspects are more important than the color of your hair!

Almay Cosmetics has an AMAZING line of make-up that is specifically for your eye color.

They are called Almay Intense i-Color (in the Bring Out collection and now in the new Play-Up collection as well). They make-up is fantastic, and it makes my brown eyes pop. I feel beautiful when i wear it.

See my below source list for the Almay website to get some more info on the make-up.

good luck and happy shopping

The Tricks to Keep Your Eyes as Focus.

http://www.facenbodycare.com/makeup_tric鈥?/a>

The trick is to keep your eyes as the focus. Stay away from frosted or pearlised shadows, which are distracting Use matte, neutral tones for cheeks and lips.
I think it mostly depends on the color of your eyes.

But also a nice brown looks good on anyone. And you can get those little kits that tell you where to put it such as, eyelid, crease, brow bone, outer corner etc..
