Use white eyeliner on your waterline, try to keep the black colors to a minimum. I also have this Mascara called eye opener by rimmel London. It works wonders. for eyeshadow colors wear eyesshadows that opposite from the colorwheel from your eyecolor. green-red/burgandy. Blue-orange/bronze. etc. Also not wearing blush or lip color and keeping everything else nude helps.
Using black pencil eyeliner along top and bottom lashline works, then winging it out at the outer upper corner to get the ';cat eye'; look. After applying the eyeliner (cream eyeliner in brown, black, navy, or charcoal grey), I use a q-tip to smudge the line so its not too harsh. Then, I curl my lashes and apply 2 coats of black mascara on top and bottom.

White eyeliner is really good and put mascara on your top AND BOTTOM lashes. Having it on the bottom really opens up your eyes.
Wearing Mascara and a little bit of dark eyeshadow on the outside corner of your eyes. Or by using white and cream colors on your eyelids
i disgaree with the girl who says line upper lash and bottem lash or whatever...the darker your eye liner is the smaller your eyes look...you can use white eye liner and kinda line your eye half way the black liner
White eyeliner on the bottom, brown eyeliner on top. Lots of mascara, such CoverGirl Lash Blast. Voila!
sephora.com has this liner by elizabeth something its pink and it works great. when you wake up, put a ice cold washcloth on your face for 15 minutes (its wat models do b4 shoots) curl your lashes then put on a few coats of mascara

Wear white eyeliner. Line your upper lid and 1/4 of your bottom. Add mascara and curl your lashes. (covergirl lashblast is a great mascara) Hope i helped.
