NO..... its always best to use neutral colors.... or clos to neutral colors... like peach, light brown, brown, pink...
Yes! i have blue eyes and i used to wear light green eyeshadow. Trust me it suits blue eyes, it makes them stand out and its bold. :)

You could do it, but you should mostly go with more neutral colors maybe soft pinks- not too much though and browns or a charcol color

NO! I have blue eyes and it looks bad. Contrast colors. Brown is best, but a lot of people take that as boring. Play it up! Get sparkly colors or get sparkles and apply them over!

no, only on people with dark skintones can wear brighter colours. Blue eyes should stick to browns and taupes
