What do wise eyes look like?

I've always wondered this. I've read about people who have ';wise'; eyes, or eyes that seem to know more by just looking at/in them. What do wise eyes look like? Is there a certain feeling or something you get when you look into them? I know this sounds like an odd question, just wondering though. Thanks!What do wise eyes look like?
I think this is one of those perception issues. Some people do seem to have an innate ability to influence other people even before they say anything.





I've known two people with eyes like that. The funny thing was, once I got to know them a little, I realized that they were just ordinary - even kind of goofy - people.





I think what affects us is their presence. I've noticed that people who have the ability to sit very still have a hypnotic effect on me. It's probably because I have ADHD myself, and can't sit still for more than eight seconds without having to fidget or pace or tap my fingers.





Nevertheless, I don't know that wise eyes are always good eyes. Among the people listed as having this sort of power with their eyes, you could list several serial killers, including Charles Manson.What do wise eyes look like?
Ussually it's not the literal eye. Look into the manners , speaking ,writing, language used, body movements. You can study about it and train yourself. There many books for example ';People skills'; commonly read by people business, those that deal with different people.
It most definitely is an ';aura'; that people have about them. Wise people react differently to situations through experience. When you come across a wise person, they will seem to have an innate ability to have control over you.
Well, they're kind of short and overweight, wear black shirts with white ties, talk with a heavy Italian accent, and come around to your store every now and then to hit you up for protection money.
