and it looks like i am tired all the time.

Try not to go too dark and thick with the eyeliner on the bottom lid. Also, to brighten your eyes to make you look more awake, it depends on your eye color. If you have blue eyes, try sparkling chocolate colors, with a pale pink on top to calm the look down. For green eyes, try eggplant purple colors, especially for eyeliner, but always go light for small eyes. For brown eyes, try taupe colors and blue eyeliner, really light. to make them look bigger do not put eyeliner on ur top lash if your eyes are brown use pink or green to enhanse them if green use brown u can use pink to but be careful if green use brown or purple alright also use mascara
Don't use dark eyeliner or eye shadow. What color are your eyes? This is assuming they are brown:


1. Spread a light cream color all the way up to your brow bone


2. Spread a brown colored eyeshadow to your crease (the place your eyeball ends when your eye is closed


3. Take a blue (navy) liquid eyeliner from the inner corner of your upper eyelid to the outer corner and then wing it out a little bit


4. Put a small bit of the eyeliner on the outer corner of your lower lid. Make sure this line is very thin and only goes about a few centimetres in


5. Take a white pencil eyeliner and make a line from where the blue eyeliner ends to the inner corner of your eye. Make a small dot inside the inner corner of your eye


6. BLEND LIKE CRAZY!!!!

Well you can use eye liner. Then take eye shadow and put it only on the upper corner of your eye lid where your eye brows are and a little lower. this will make your eyes lookbigger and not so close.
use white eyeliner or eyeshadow and put it on the very inside around the eyes to 'open them up'. then use mascara to make your lashes longer, darker and thicker.. that should help. and you could put a little bit of the white eyeshadow on the bony part of skin between the end of your brow and the end of your eye (you know where you feel the bone) and blend it so it doesnt look so obvious.. with the eyeliner, draw just underneath your lash line starting from the outer corner of your eye. start lightly, and if you want it thicker just keep drawing over your line.


to do the top, put your fingers on the outer corner and pull gently so it stretches your eyelid out nice and evenly. draw as close to your lashes as possible, then smudge.


to get a catlike look, draw flick at the end of your eye.


after that, use the eyeshadow and do whatever you want.


always leave mascara last.
